01. Voluntary Donations & Virtual Currency
Welcome to Altitude VIP. By accessing our platform, you explicitly agree that this is a simulated environment. Any funds transferred, given, or provided to the Administration are strictly classified as VOLUNTARY DONATIONS meant to support the maintenance of this platform.
In return for your voluntary donation, you are rewarded with virtual currency (₹/Sikka) purely as a token of appreciation. This currency holds ZERO REAL WORLD VALUE and cannot be legally claimed, exchanged, or withdrawn as a right. This is strictly not an investment or a deposit.
This platform operates strictly for entertainment purposes. We are not a real-money gambling site, and no actual financial bets or trading activities are taking place.
02. Platform Tax & Commissions
The platform enforces a strict 3% administrative rule:
- Donation Tokens: A 3% administrative fee is deducted from any virtual tokens added to your account by the Admin in exchange for your donation.
- Winnings: A 3% platform tax is automatically deducted from gross virtual winnings on every successful game round across all game modes.
03. Administrative Rights
The Administration holds absolute and unquestionable rights over the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Modifying user balances, applying penalties, or adding bonuses without prior notice.
- Suspending, terminating, or deleting user accounts permanently for suspected cheating, exploiting, or violating these terms.
- Changing the 3% commission structure, game mechanics, or multipliers at any given time.
04. Limitation of Liability & Refunds
Under no circumstances shall Altitude VIP or its administration be held liable for any virtual losses, server downtimes, data wipes, or bugs. You play at your own risk. Since all real money transferred is strictly considered a voluntary donation, absolutely NO REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, OR FINANCIAL CLAIMS will be entertained legally or informally.
05. Anti-Cheat & Exploitation
Any attempt to use external scripts, bots, or exploit network delays to cheat the system will result in an immediate IP ban and account termination. Our system logs every bet, cashout, and multiplier generated.
06. Developer Liability Disclaimer
Protection of Third-Party IT Providers:
The software development group/team behind "Altitude VIP" acted strictly as third-party IT contractors hired solely to design and write the code for the platform. The developer group holds absolutely ZERO ownership, operational control, or financial involvement in the management of this platform.
All operations, finances, processing of donations, payouts, and administrative decisions are solely and exclusively managed and owned by the Main Admin/Owner. The developers are completely indemnified and cannot be held legally or financially liable for any user disputes, financial losses, or platform activities under any circumstances whatsoever.
