01. Virtual Currency Policy

Welcome to Altitude VIP. By accessing our platform, you explicitly agree that this is a simulated environment. The currency (₹/Sikka) used within this platform holds ZERO REAL WORLD VALUE. It cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or traded for real fiat money, cryptocurrency, or goods under any circumstances.

This platform operates strictly for entertainment purposes. We are not a real-money gambling site, and no actual financial bets are taking place.

02. Platform Tax & Commissions

The platform enforces a strict 3% commission rule:

  • Deposits/Top-ups: A 3% administrative fee is deducted from any virtual funds added to your account by the Admin. (e.g., Adding ₹100 will credit ₹97 to your wallet).
  • Winnings: A 3% platform tax is automatically deducted from gross winnings on every successful game round across all game modes.

03. Administrative Rights

The Administration holds absolute and unquestionable rights over the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Modifying user balances, applying penalties, or adding bonuses without prior notice.
  • Suspending, terminating, or deleting user accounts permanently for suspected cheating, exploiting, or violating these terms.
  • Changing the 3% commission structure, game mechanics, or multipliers at any given time.

04. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Altitude VIP, its admins, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any virtual losses, server downtimes, data wipes, or bugs. You play at your own risk. Since no real money is deposited directly through the platform, no refunds, chargebacks, or claims will be entertained legally or informally.

05. Anti-Cheat & Exploitation

Any attempt to use external scripts, bots, or exploit network delays to cheat the system will result in an immediate IP ban and account termination. Our system logs every bet, cashout, and multiplier generated.
